　　From my own perspective, your excellent comments on the case study session are the best conclusions of this Summit. Now, I would like to briefly express my opinions.

　　In 2003, the Central Committee convened a central urbanization working conference. Last year,  the new national urbanization plan (2014- 2020) was issued, and it showed that the Central Committee  paid highly attention to urbanization. In other words, urbanization has become a new growth point of China' s economic development. Human urbanization is the core of urbanization, and the key of urbanization is the two systems: land reform and the household registration system. Today, the theme of the Eighth China Urbanization International Summit is New-type Urbanization and Land Utilization, we referred to this reform subject.

　　In the morning, Deputy Minister Hu Cunzhi delivered his keynote speech, and he discussed the implementation of conservation priority strategies to achieve economical and intensive land utilization and other issues. In fact, he is talking about  high plot ratio of urban development mode. Guo Guanglei, Director of Beijing Rural Economic Research Center, talked about how to promote the new urbanization in the development process, and how to effectively protect the farmers' interests, including the issues of farmers' land utilization rights and usufruct.  And Samantha Anderson, Senior Consultant form Department of Sustainable Development and Climate Change of UNDP,   mainly discussed a problem of land rights and interests of women, and this part was very exciting, also being one of our concerns.

　　The four cases discussed during the Summit involved Land Bank, Land Trust, Cobuilding of the two areas and education in mountain areas. In my point of view, they are the explorers , pushers and practitioners of innovation, we should applaud for them!

　　Of course, I also hope that every one here would continue to pay attention to China's urbanization process and discuss various problems in the urbanization process to summarize experience in order to make great contributions to the better promotion of China Urbanization Construction Development.
