　　He is a renowned international engineering geology, rock mechanics and environmental engineering geologist; he has committed to researches on the combination of geology and mechanics, geology and engineering,, and made outstanding contributions to the development of rock structure theory and the creation of the engineering geomechanics field; he pointed out human engineering activity and geological environment dependencies and interaction theory, and firstly began engineering construction and geological environment interactions and constraints research, thus opening up the field of environmental engineering geology, and provided theoretical basis for engineering and urban construction geological environmental studies – he is Wang Sijing, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering. 　　She was an enviable female translator, when the Gulf War broke out, she did English and French translation for Chinese diplomacy; she was a senior international business executive and visited dozens of countries; she has worked in international trade of agricultural products for many years and China's unprecedented opening up agricultural markets, she played an active role in China's accession to WTO..... Now, she chose to be a farmer, a practitioner of organic agriculture, an advocate of organic agriculture culture. She is the owner of Tianfuyuan Organic Farm – Zhi Zhimin.

　　In 2000, Zhang Zhimin created Tianfuyuan Organic Farm. In farming practice, she gradually established a planting and breeding combined production system. Tianfuyuan Organic Farm was renovated to an organic oasis. There are many kinds of wild plants and animal species in Tianfuyuan, which is rare organic seed source an dthe gene pool in Beijing. In Early 2015, Tianfuyuan realized land ecological conversion by the natural farming, Zhang Zhimin has known and continuously practised the natural farming as well. She was selected as Secretary-General CSA Industry Association and acclaimed by eco-friendly agricultural experts from around the world admiration.

　　However, until today, although Zhang Zhimin has been farming for 15 years, she still can not put on the farmer title, because the Urban-Rural Dual Household Registration is an unbridgeable gap. She emotionally said: Human identity is always changing with one's career changes. But for farmers, the situation is somewhat different. Although many farmers are no longer farming, they are all collectively called as rural migrant workers. Therefore, she believes that to solve the farmers' problems should firstly determine what are the farmers, because the one with Agricultural houshold are not necessarily farmers. We may liberate the farmers by determining what the farmers are. Because our farmers need blood transfusion, nutrition and  new force for blood deficiency and malnutrition,. Our farmers are responsible for the people's livelihood. Unless farmers grow, they can take responsibilities. She also has its own unique understanding about the word farmer, she said: The farmer is a profession. It's not true that born in rural areas can or must be born a farmer. The farmer need to have a certain expertise in agriculture and agricultural skills. 　　The rapid urbanization development has brought a sharp increase of urban population.An amazing amount of garbage is produced every day behind the bustling city. How to harmlessly dispose thme not only tests the people's wisdom and ability, but also is the goal pursued by the environment builders for many years. However, despite more than 700 various household garbage disposal facilities have been built in Chinese citie with an annual harmlessly handling capacity of 145 million tons, China's urban environmental sanitation management level and civilized degree should be improved. As the head of China's first national waste disposal research institution, Wang Jingmin always maintain a clear understanding about our country's current waste disposal situation.

　　He himself has engaged in urban solid waste process and other environmental engineering design, research and management, and has a profound research in urban garbage integrated treatment technology and design, related standards and regulations and other aspects. Over the past thirty years, he has presided more than one hundred environmental engineering planning, research, consulting and design, and chiefly edited or compiled more than 10 national research projects and more than 20  national industrial standards. Ningbo Yinzhou Waste Sanitary Landfill Project designed by him won the thrid prize of National Survey and Design and the second prize of Beijing Survey and Design; Qingdao Xiaojianxi Waste Disposal Project designed by him won the first prize of Outstanding Municipal Engineering Design of China Construction Engineering Design Group.; Househould Garbage Sanitary Landfill Seepage System Engineering Technical Specifications compiled by him won the second prize of Excellent Research Standard of China Construction Engineering Design Group. The projects designed by him have covered waste sanitary landfill, biological treatment, incineration power generation, comprehensive utilization and many other fields.

　　Today, he is leading China Urban Construction Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. to actively implement national new urbanization strategy and strive for the achievement of the most competitive high-tech environment builder. 　　Nicolai Peitersen ：Author of Moral Economy , Vice Chairman of Chinese Culture Research Institute, Expert of International Green Economy Association Consulting Committee, Former Chief Expert and Coordinator in China of China-EU Urbanization Partnership Project

　　Nicolai Peitersen is a social dreamer from Denmark with great pioneering spirit. He is the author of Moral Economy, introduced the world's first moral evaluation tool and opened up new fashion in social responsibility field; he settled in the fourth rising city of China - Chengdu, spread 3D printing technology with a broad creative space and unlimited promising and provided entrepreneurial platform for young people through Wikipedia factory; he  used to be Chief Expert and Coordinator in China of China-EU Urbanization Partnership Projects. 　　From the Westerners' view of value, he may objectively evaluate and recommend the problems appeared in  China's urbanization process: For the old city reconstruction problem in China's urbanization, he said: I hope to apply my knowledge  io old city reconstruction and promote old city reconstruction and development from social, cultural, economic and other aspects. He believes that under China's rapid urbanization development, cultural heritage protection should not be the 'demolition and redevelopment', but pay attention to the intangible value of cultural heritage from a broader level.
