With the increasing depth of China's urbanization process and the growing maturity of CIUDSRC, since last year, CIUDSRC embarked on the transformation from comprehensiveness to professionlization. To ensure  the professional level, organization and implementation capacity of each professional committee, CIUDSRC clarified the responsibilities, rights and obligations of the professional committee and decided that the professional activities shall be mainly organized by the professional committee. Therefore, The candidate for professional committee leadership is of great importance, and the leaders of professional committee shall have a good leadership, organizational skills, coordinative ability and influence. To this end, the Secretariat of CIUDSRC shall be strictly selected, and each professional committee shall be actively prepared for the formation by the principle of  One Establishment for One Maturity principle.In the Summit, Li Fengling, deputy director of CIUDSRC and deputy director Liu Yishun have issued the Letter of Appointment to the appointed expert consultants, leadership members and members of Professional Committee.
